Tradie Time Saver is an APP developed to help trades people keep a log of their job site/hours and tasks performed on daily/weekly basis. Its a simple way to track and save locally to your handset which then can be emailed to employer as pdf.. This APP has been developed by an Electrician who has worked as a sub-contractor and also PAYG.
Simple Weekly Job Card

This option in APP allows you to save/email employer your weekly movements. It allows you to record where/when and what job you were at which then you can email in a simple format to your employer or save to device for your own records. Note job card can only be emailed once saved and is located in saved items, tick the black box to then either email to employer or to pick up from where you left off the previous day and edit/add next days work.

Detailed Weekly Job Card

This Option in APP is by far the most valuable tool for your company. There are four Basic templates in place at the moment, along with a create your own so you can customise to suit tasks that your company performs on a daily basis. This Option is more for people on larger scale jobs that have a long running time. Once you have entered required information eg: Name, Company, Job site etc. you click on Daily Task for current day and a template will appear. Here you will allocate the hours worked to the tasks performed that day. Note job card can only be emailed once saved and is located in saved items, tick the black box to then either email to employer or to pick up from where you left off the previous day and edit/add next days tasks.
The beauty of this section of app is if youre on a job for 6 months, you can email 6 months worth of job sheets to your employer that automatically add up and emails onto a single template with a heading of allocated job name, your name and your position. This information if input truthfully could be the edge your company needs in this cut throat industry. We all know that quoting is the most arguess part of the job, this App will allow you to cross reference your quote to whats going on out in the field.

Simple Sub Contractor Invoice

This is for all you subbies out there, to get your weekly invoice out without faxing, or hand delivering or going home and sitting on a computer. This Option in App allows you to input, Clients name, Your name, and ABN, Dates worked from and to, job you worked at, hourly rate you are on, how many hours you worked and whether to include GST or not. All calculations are automatically done once information is input. Once saved, this invoice will be located in saved items, and can be viewed, edited or emailed from here.
